MINESTRONE SOUP 
4 qts. water
2 stalks celery
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 can tomatoes
2 cans Veg-All
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 beef cubes
1 onion, chopped
1 1/2 c. Orzo
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
Salt to taste

Boil water - add orzo. When water boils again, add meat, crumbling. Then add all remaining ingredients except Veg-All. Simmer 1/2 hour, then add Veg-All and simmer 5-10 minutes more. Halve quantities for less soup.
