OREO COOKIE CAKE 
1 sm. pkg. Oreo cookies
1 c. butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 (12 oz.) carton Cool Whip
1 box chocolate instant pudding mix

Blend cookies in blender, reserve 1/2 cup. Press cookies in 13x9 pan and pour melted butter over top. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Mix together cream cheese and sugar then stir in 1/2 cup Cool Whip, pour over cooled mixture. Refrigerate 1 hour.

Mix pudding as directed on box and pour over cooled mixture. When this is all set add remaining Cool Whip and sprinkle top with remaining crumbs. Keep refrigerated.
