BARBECUED PORK 
6 pork steaks, cubed
2 onions, diced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
3 stalks celery, diced
2 sm. green pepper, diced
3 c. catsup
6 tbsp. tarragon vinegar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 tsp. salt
3/4 tsp. pepper

Rub a small amount of fat from meat over bottom of fry pan. Add meat and brown well on stove. Combine all other ingredients and pour mixture over the meat. Cover, reduce heat to simmer and cook for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Turn occasionally during cooking. Serve over rice. Serves about 7.
