TURKEY TETRAZZINI 
16 oz. frozen egg noodles
2 c. cooked turkey, diced
2 oz. chopped pimento
10 oz. pkg. (2 1/2 c.) frozen peas & carrots
1 (10 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 c. water
3 c. shredded cheddar cheese

Cook noodles in boiling water 20 minutes. Drain. Combine soup, milk, water and cheese; microwave or heat until boiling, stirring frequently. Combine noodles, turkey, pimento and peas and carrots in large bowl. Pour cheese sauce over ingredients and mix. Bake in 9 x 13 inch baking dish at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
