BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 head of broccoli, florets only
1 c. chopped peanuts (may be dry roasted, unsalted, or salted, your choice)
1/2 lb. bacon, fried crisp and broken into small pieces
1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. red wine vinegar

Mix mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar, and pour over the remaining ingredients. Refrigerate and serve.
