HOT WATER PIE CRUST | |
1/2 c. shortening 1/4 c. hot water Mix until white and creamy; chill; sift: 1 1/2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt Add to first mixture. Stir until just mixed. Roll. Makes enough for one large double crust pie. Bake at 450 degrees for 8-10 minutes. |
