CHICKEN 'N BISCUITS 
2 1/2 c. cubed, cooked chicken
1 (10 oz.) pkg. mixed vegetables, cooked and drained
1 c. chopped tomatoes (about 2 med.)
1 1/2 c. (6 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Bisquick
2/3 c. milk
1 can French fried onions

In greased 8x12 dish combine first 3 ingredients and 1 cup of cheese. Blend soup and 3/4 cup milk and pour over. Bake covered at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Combine Bisquick, 2/3 cup milk and 1/2 can onions. Drop to form 6 biscuits on casserole. Bake uncovered 15-20 minutes or until biscuits brown. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 2-3 minutes until onions are toasted.
