BEAN SHOE PEG CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can green beans, French style, drained
1 (16 oz.) can corn, drained
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 carton sour cream
1 sm. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter
1 c. (approximately) Ritz crackers

Mix all together; top with Ritz crackers, crushed. Drizzle top with melted butter. Bake in 8 x 8 casserole at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Serves 6.
