HOT MACARONI SALAD 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. small Texas or sea shell shaped macaroni
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1/2 red bell pepper, chopped
1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped
8 green onions, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Hellmann's mayonnaise
Pepper to taste
Pepper rings for garnish

Prepare macaroni as directed on package. In large bowl add peppers, onions and cheese. Pour drained hot macaroni over cheese and vegetables, cheese will melt. Fold in mayonnaise until moist. Pepper to taste. Serve hot or cold. Salad will harden after it cools, so you may want to use more mayonnaise. Microwave to reheat. Garnish with pepper rings.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
