LAYERED COOKIE PUDDING 
4 cookies, coarsely crumbled
1 c. thawed non-dairy whipped topping
2 c. cold milk
1 pkg. (4 servings size) instant pudding and pie filling, any flavor

Gently fold cookies into whipped topping. Pour cold milk into bowl. Add pudding mix with electric mixer at low speed, beat until well blended 1 to 2 minutes.

Pour half of the pudding into individual dessert glasses. Spoon 3 to 4 tablespoons of the whipped topping mixture over pudding in glasses. Spoon remaining pudding over whipped topping mixture.

Garnish with additional whipped topping and halved cookies or whole strawberries, if desired. Makes 5 servings.
