CRANBERRY MUFFINS 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. cranberries
Sugar

Beat together butter, sugar and eggs. Add dry ingredients alternately with milk and vanilla. Fold in cranberries. Put in muffin cups; sprinkle sugar on tops. Bake 30 minutes at 375 degrees. Makes 18 muffins. Good with blueberries, too.
