2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
#2 can crushed pineapple, juice also
1/4 tsp. salt

Mix all together, put into greased and floured pan. Bake 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until done. A very moist cake.

ICING:

3 oz. cream cheese, room temperature
3/4 stick butter, melted
2 c. confectioners' sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Nuts may be added if wanted

Mix all ingredients and frost cake.
