SAINT PAUL RICE 
1 lb. sausage
2 pkg. (1 box) Lipton chicken noodle soup
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 med. size onion, chopped
2 stalks celery, chopped
4 c. water
1/2 c. uncooked rice

Saute onion, celery and pepper; set aside. Brown sausage and drain. Boil water and add 1 cup rice and 2 packages of soup mix. Boil 7 minutes. Remove from heat and add drained sausage, pepper, onion and celery. Mix all together. Bake at 350 degrees for about 1 hour in covered dish.
