CONGEALED SALAD 
1 1/2 tbsp. unflavored gelatin
1/2 c. cold water
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. (8 oz.) cottage cheese
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1/4 c. minced cucumber
1/4 c. stuffed olives, thinly sliced
2 tbsp. minced onion
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Soften gelatin in cold water 5 minutes. Heat tomato sauce to boiling; dissolve gelatin in it. Stir in cottage cheese and lemon juice until well blended. Cool. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in mold and refrigerate.
