SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
1 onion
1 1/2 tsp. salt
Green pepper (1/2 c. or more)
1 can mushrooms
3 pinches of oregano
1 1/2 tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1 pkg. dry Italian spaghetti mix
1 can tomato paste
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 bay leaf & garlic bulb (place in tea strainer)
2 lbs. meat (ground beef, ground chuck), brown & pour off liquid

Cook in covered kettle until done, about 1 hour. If sauce is not as thick as desired, cook in open pan a little while. For crock pot, after browning meat and pouring off liquid, assemble all ingredients in crock pot. Start cooking on high about 2 hours, cook about 3 hours on low.
