PASTA SALAD (LIGHT) 
1 (12 oz.) flavored spiral pasta
2 tbsp. olive oil (or safflower)
1 (10 oz.) frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
3 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed or shredded
1 c. celery, chopped
1/3 c. Kraft Zesty Italian lite salad dressing
Salt, pepper, or garlic salt to taste

Cook noodles until tender. Add oil and thawed mixed vegetables to hot noodles and toss. When mixture has cooled to warm temperature, add remaining ingredients. Best when served warm or at room temperature. Serves 8. 1 1/4 cup servings = 185 calories.
