BROWNIE PIE 
2/3 c. evaporated milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate bits
2 eggs
1 c milk
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pie shell, unbaked

Mix milk, butter and chocolate in double boiler. Beat until chocolate melts. Stir in remaining ingredients. Add vanilla last. Pour into unbaked pie shell. Bake 35 minutes at 375. Serve with ice cream or whipped topping.
