CRACKER CRUMB FISH FILLET 
2 c. saltine crackers, crushed fine
2 tbsp. dill weed
1 tbsp. Accent
1 tbsp. lemon & herb seafood seasoning
1 tbsp. paprika
1/2 c. melted butter
Fish fillet

Mix cracker crumbs, dill weed, Accent, seafood seasoning, paprika and melted butter and rub by hand until well blended. Place fish fillets on a cookie sheet pan. Spoon crumbs over fillet so that it is well covered. Bake at 350 degrees or until fish flakes easily. Garnish with lemon and serve with your favorite sauce. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
