CRAB QUICHE 
1 c. grated Swiss cheese
1 (6 oz.) frozen crab meat
4 eggs, beaten
2 c. cream
1 frozen 9 inch pie shell

Put cheese and crab in pie shell. Pour in eggs and cream. Bake 10 minutes and reduce heat from 425 to 325 degrees. Bake 30 more minutes. Servings: 6.
