MEXICAN SURPRISE CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple

Mix all ingredients together. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 inch cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 stick butter
2 c. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla
