GINGERBREAD COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 (4 oz.) pkg. instant butterscotch pudding
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix first 5 ingredients, then add flour, baking soda, ginger, and cinnamon. chill overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
