NO-FAIL MEATLOAF 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
3/4 c. oatmeal
1/4 c. catsup
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 pkg. dry Lipton Onion Soup
Salt to taste
1/2 c. beef bouillon broth
1 egg

TOPPING:

After loaf is in baking pan, before baking, mix 1/4 cup catsup and 1 tablespoon brown sugar and spread on top. This is optional.

Mix all ingredients in order above and form into loaf. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 1 hour. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
