HOMEMADE NOODLES 
6 egg yolks
2 whole eggs
4 c. sifted flour
1/3 c. cold water
2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. yellow food coloring

Beat eggs until very light. Stir and work in flour. Stir in cold water, salt, and food coloring. Roll into small balls. Flour balls and roll flat. Cut into strips. Let dry for 3-4 days. Lay on table to dry, powder with flour and toss every day.
