CRANBERRY SALAD 
12 oz. pkg. cranberries, ground
1 3/4 c. hot water
2 pkgs. diet cherry Jello
6 pkgs. Equal sweetener
1 c. diced celery
1 c. shredded carrots
1 med. can crushed pineapple

Grind cranberries in blender and drain. Put in saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Remove from stove; add hot water and gelatin and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well. Pour into ring mold and refrigerate.
