LAYERED RANCHO DIP 
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans bean dip
1 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chili peppers (optional)
4 ripe avocados (optional)
2 tbsp. lime juice (for avocado)
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
8 oz. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. sliced green onion
2 c. chopped tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can pitted black olives
2 c. shredded lettuce
Tortilla chips

Spread bean dip in oblong cake pan. Combine sour cream, mayonnaise, and taco mix. Spread over bean dip. Sprinkle with chilies. Mash avocados with lime juice and garlic. Spread over chilies. Sprinkle with lettuce, onions, tomatoes, olives, and top with cheese. Keep chilled until serving.
