EASY MICROWAVE LASAGNA 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 lb. lasagna noodles, uncooked
16 oz. cottage cheese
16 oz. Mozzarella cheese, sliced or shredded
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
2 eggs, beaten

Mix cottage cheese and beaten egg together; set aside. Brown ground beef and mix with spaghetti sauce. Layer 1/3 mixture in bottom of casserole dish; then add a layer of uncooked noodles and a layer of cottage cheese. Add a layer using 1/3 of the Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, then add remaining sauce on top and sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese.

Microwave 45 minutes at 50% power. Add rest of the Mozzarella cheese and cook another 10 minutes at 50% power uncovered. Let stand 10 minutes before slicing.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
