PINEAPPLE CREAM CHEESE PUDDING
SHEET CAKE
 
1 box yellow cake mix, Pillsbury Plus with pudding in mix
8 oz. cream cheese
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding
1 c. milk

Use 10 1/2 x 15 1/2 sheet pan. Make cake mix, bake, cool. Beat together cream cheese, pudding, milk. Spread on cooled cake. Drain well 2 large cans crushed pineapple. Put on top cake. Take 8 oz. size Cool Whip and spread on top of pineapple. Sprinkle with 8 oz. coconut and chopped nuts. Refrigerate. Can be made day before. Bake at 350 degrees for 28 to 34 minutes.
