SLOPPY JOE TURNOVERS 
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. catsup
1/4 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1 (10 oz.) can Hungry Jack flaky biscuits

Heat oven to 375 degrees. In large skillet brown beef and onion. Drain. Add salt, garlic powder, catsup and sour cream; mix well. Separate dough into 10 biscuits. On ungreased cookie sheet, press or roll each biscuit to a 4 x 4 inch square. Place 1/4 cup meat mixture on center of each square. Fold over corner to form triangle; seal edges with fork. Cut 3 slits on top. Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 375 degrees or until golden brown. Brush with melted butter.
