TACO SOUP 
1 lb. ground beef
1 (15 oz.) can corn
1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans
1/2 c. taco sauce or salsa
2 tbsp. chopped onions
1 1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 (15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
Shredded cheddar cheese
Sour cream
Fritos corn chips

Brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add taco sauce, tomatoes, kidney beans (undrained) corn (undrained), chili powder and garlic salt; mix well. Bring to a boil, simmer covered for 15 minutes. Sprinkle 2 tablespoons cheese and a dollop of sour cream on top of each serving. (Fritos may be in bottom of bowl or on side). Excellent "quickie" dinner. 4 to 6 servings (easy to double).
