CREOLE JAMBALAYA WITH EQUAL 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced cooked ham
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 garlic clove, minced
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed tomato soup
1/3 c. water
1 med. bay leaf, crushed
1/4 tsp. crushed oregano
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1 can (6 3/4 oz.) shrimp, drained
2 packets of Equal
1 1/2 c. cooked rice

Melt butter in large skillet. Stir in ham, green pepper, onion and garlic. Add soup, water, bay leaf, oregano, salt and pepper. Cook over medium high heat 20 minutes. Add shrimp; cook until heated through, 2 to 3 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in Equal. Serve over rice.
