CHESS PIE 
1/2 c. butter
2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 tbsp. yellow corn meal
5 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. vanilla flavor
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Cream butter and sugar, and nutmeg and milk. Add flour, corn meal, vanilla and lemon juice to beaten eggs. Add to other ingredients. Pour into deep dish unbaked pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until pie is firm.
