SURPRISE DESSERT | |
1 loaf pound cake 1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 sm. can pineapple chunks 1 can mandarin slices 1/8 c. sherry wine 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip 10 maraschino cherries, halved Cut cake in cubes on cookie sheet. Mix wine and 1/4 cup mandarin juice and pour over cake. Set aside. Prepare vanilla pudding. Drain pineapple chunks. Put half of cake in bowl, then half of pudding, half of Cool Whip. Garnish with half of fruits. Repeat procedure for second layer. |
