MOCK MAYONNAISE 
4 tbsp. cornstarch
1 c. cold water
1 egg
1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. salt
Dash paprika
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. sugar

Mix cornstarch with cold water. Cook mixture until very thick. Pour into mixing bowl; beat in egg. While starch is still hot, add remaining ingredients. Beat 2-3 minutes.
