JIM'S STUFFED PORKERS 
1 1/2-2" thick center cut pork chops
Sliced green peppers
Water chestnuts, sliced
Mushrooms, sliced
Onions, chopped
Teriyaki sauce
Garlic powder
Pepper

Have butcher cut as many center cut pork chops as you wish to serve 1 1/2-2 inch thick. Slice pork chop to the bone to form a "pocket". In the pocket, place sliced green peppers, water chestnuts, mushrooms and onions. Sprinkle Teriyaki Sauce over vegetables and pork chop, along with as much garlic powder and pepper as you like. Secure vegetables in pocket with toothpicks. Cook on charcoal grill, basting with Teriyaki Sauce, until done.
