BUTTERSCOTCH COOKIES 
6 c. Special K cereal
1 c. peanut butter
6 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. white Karo syrup

Bring sugar and syrup to boil, take off burner, put in peanut butter and chips. Stir until all are melted. Pour over the Special K cereal. I put it on wax paper, then lay another piece of waxed paper on top and roll it out.
