STUFFED CRAB 
4 oz. crabmeat
1 green pepper, minced
2 tbsp. onion flakes
1 tsp. garlic powder
Dash Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 slice toast, crumbled
1/4 c. water
Dash parsley

In large skillet brown onion flakes and peppers - add garlic powder, bread crumbs, water, lemon juice and crabmeat. Cook over low heat 15 to 20 minutes. Add parsley, Worcestershire sauce, Tabasco, salt and pepper to taste. Stuff crab shells. Bake at 450 degrees for a few minutes until slightly brown. Serve hot. 1 lunch serving.
