1 lg. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped

1/2 c. Italian style bread crumbs
1/4 c. chopped parsley
1 egg
18 giant shells for stuffing
1 (32 oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
Salt and pepper

Mix well. Stuff the shells. Place 1/4th jar of spaghetti sauce in bottom of 9 x 12 x 2 inch baking dish. Place stuffed shells in dish, side by side, in a single layer. Pour remaining spaghetti sauce over shells. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and bake, uncovered, at 400 degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Serves 4 to 6.
