CHALUPAS 
Tortillas
4 lbs. chicken or turkey, boned
2 1/2 qts. sour cream
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 green peppers
8 cloves garlic
2 cans chili peppers (chili rellenos if you can get them)
4 lbs. sharp American cheese, grated
Chicken broth

Make tortillas limp in hot oil. Roll, fold or lay them flat in large casserole. Put layer of remaining ingredients mixed together on flat tortillas or roll inside tortillas (depends on how many tortillas you want). I lay them flat layering until all ingredients are used up. Let stand up to 5 hours. If it looks to dry, add some chicken broth. Bake in 400 degree oven about 45 minutes. Serves 16.
