103 PEANUT BUTTER PIE 
3 c. graham cracker crumbs
6 c. creamy peanut butter
6 tbsp. melted butter
12 oz. whipping cream
3/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. melted butter
6 c. sugar
3 lbs. cream cheese
6 tbsp. vanilla

Combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar and 3/4 cup melted butter and press into 2 springform pans for crust. Beat peanut butter, sugar, cream cheese, 6 tablespoons melted butter and vanilla until smooth. Stiffly whip the whipping cream and fold into pie mix. Put half into each pan and chill pies overnight. Pies can also be frozen. Makes 2 (10 inch) pies.
