SNOWBALLS 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 egg yolks, well beaten
1 lg. can crushed pineapple, well drained
1 c. finely chopped pecans
Vanilla wafers

Strain pineapple, then dry on paper towels, changing towels several times.

Cream the sugar and butter together. Add the egg yolks; mix. Add the well drained pineapple and the nuts. Mix thoroughly. Stack on a vanilla wafer, then top with another wafer. Refrigerate overnight.

FROSTING:

Two hours before serving. 1/4 c. sugar 1 tsp. vanilla

Coat top and sides of wafers to resemble snowball. Sprinkle with coconut.
