LEMON LUSH DESSERT 
1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1/3 c. walnuts
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 c. confectioners sugar
1 container Cool Whip, thawed
2 pkg. instant pudding, lemon flavored
3 c. cold milk

Combine first 3 ingredients. Press firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees 12 to 15 minutes or until light brown. Cool. Beat cream cheese with confectioners sugar. Fold in 1 1/2 cups Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Prepare pudding as directed, using 3 cups milk. Pour over cream cheese mixture. Chill several hours. Spread remaining Cool Whip over pudding. Garnish with lemon rind or finely chopped nuts.
