LEPRECHAUN PIE 
2 tablespoons instant pistachio pudding mix
3 tablespoons milk
1 foil-wrapped chocolate coin
whipped cream

Scoop 2 tablespoon instant pistachio pudding mix into a clear plastic cup. Add 3 talbespoons milk. Stir. Drop a foil-wrapped chocolate coin into the pudding. Top with whipped cream.
