MEAL IN A WOK 
6 chicken thighs
1 bunch broccoli florets
1 bunch cauliflower florets
4 lg. carrots, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
4 lg. potatoes, diced into 1/2 inch cubes
Soy sauce

Cut chicken thighs into 3 sections leaving bone in the center section. Spray wok with a cooking spray. Cook chicken approximately 30 minutes or until brown at medium heat, adding soy sauce as desired. Add vegetables. Steam for about 15-20 minutes, adding soy sauce as desired.
