1 bushel oysters
1 gunny sack

Place oysters on a hot outdoor stove. Cover with a gunny sack dipped in salt water. Roast until oysters open slightly. Open the shells with a heavy oyster knife. Dip the oyster in melted butter, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce or whatever you like best.
