FRUITED HAM 
16 lb. ham
25-30 whole cloves
1/4 c. Dijon style mustard
1 c. brown sugar
2 c. apple juice
2 c. Tawny Port wine
2 c. pitted whole dates
2 c. raisins or dried apricots, figs or pears
2 c. dried prunes

Score ham and fill scores with cloves. Place in oven at 350 degrees. Mix fruit, mustard, sugar, juice and put in a large bowl. Add mixture to pan after 30 minutes of baking time. Bake 1 1/2 hours total. Baste frequently.
