APPLE CIDER POUND CAKE 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. shortening
3 c. sugar
6 eggs, add 1 at a time
3 c. plain flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. apple pie spice
1 c. apple cider
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Combine all ingredients. Mix until smooth. Pour into greased and floured tube or bundt pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
