SHRIMP AND FISH KEBABS 
Combine and mix well:

1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 c. soy sauce
3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 mashed cloves garlic
1 tbsp. fresh grated or powder ginger
2 tbsp. sherry

Marinate the meat 1 to 4 hours, refrigerated in a glass dish.

2 lbs. jumbo shrimp (shelled)
2 lbs. fish fillets or fish steaks, cut into bite size pieces

Also cut:

Red onions
Bell peppers
Mushrooms
1 can cubed pineapples

Put all ingredients on skewers, barbecue 5 to 7 minutes on each side.
