7-UP CAKE | |
1 cake mix (lemon or pineapple) 1 (6 oz.) Jello instant pudding (lemon or pineapple) 3/4 c. cooking oil 4 eggs 10 oz. 7-Up Mix first 4 ingredients. Gently mix 7-Up into batter. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Makes 3 (9 inch) layers. 7-UP FROSTING: 1 stick butter 1 lg. can crushed pineapple (drained) 1 3/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 2 tsp. vanilla Mix and cook over medium heat until thick. Stir in 1 cup coconut and 1 cup of nuts. |
