PICKLED EGGS 
1 can sliced beets
3/4 c. garlin vinegar
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 med. onion, sliced
6 hard cooked eggs

Drain beets; reserve 3/4 cup liquid. Combine beet liquid with vinegar, sugar and salt in saucepan; bring to boil. Pour over beets, eggs and onions. Refrigerate overnight in covered container. Serves 6.
