1 lb. confectioners' sugar
1/2 c. Hershey cocoa
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter, cut into pieces
1/4 c. evaporated milk

Put all ingredients in 1 quart microwavable bowl. Cook on High for 2 minutes. Take out and stir until satiny smooth. Pour into greased pie pan. Cool for 2 hours.
